APPG’s blue carbon recommendations featured on Government website

The APPG for the Ocean is delighted to see that its first inquiry report, The Ocean: Turning the Tide on Climate Change, has been featured on the Government website, discussing the importance of mapping on climate change, coastal communities and greater understanding of the ocean.

Great to see the Government recognise the significance and importance of mapping, including seabed and blue carbon mapping. Many thanks to the APPG’s Chair, Sally-Ann Hart MP, who discussed the findings from the APPG’s inquiry report at a recent UK Centre of Seabed Mapping event.
